1160 Midland Ave Apartments

I feel the previous one star review must be a mistake and written about a different property. It does not describe 1160 Midland nor the management company truthfully at all. My experience with Alscot Realty from start to finish was nothing but professional, expedient, and seamless. I don't believe the process could have been handled any better. The public areas of the apartment building are clean and well maintained. Mike the Super clearly cares about the property and takes pride in ensuring... that the building rules are followed and things are in order. I am renting a 3 bedroom apartment. Its nice and very comfortable, with having a laundry downstairs is a plus, and there is a dish washer, Also, my building is Fire Proof. One parking space per apartment. Thank you
