Happy Renter

I'm starting my 5th year in my apartment and I love it. The building is clean, well maintained and the landlord is wonderful! My unit has great amenities - laundry in the basement, a storage unit, dishwasher and ceiling fans in every room. Some of those things are quite rare for Brooklyn living. The street is usually quiet ad the subway is also only a quick walk away.

My one and only complaint would be the noise levels - otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The walls are thin and my... neighbors are very loud. Sound also carries when people are coming and going from the building.
