I had a rat bust through the living room wall in the fall. Luckily, the exterminator came within two days but it was traumatic and disgusting. Also, two incidences with roaches. Other tenants in the building leave their garbage right outside the front door to their apartments.

the apartment is great. Large windows with great exposure in every room. Recently gutted and renovated. Large bedrooms. Brick exposure in slightly larger bedroom and living room. Open living room and kitchen. Downsides- the street is a rather loud street. People are often hanging out outside blasting music from their cars. I think this will begin to change though.
