My wife and I were searching for a long time for an apartment that fit a number of criteria and high standards for how we wanted to live. We needed something that was cost efficient, that had enough space to raise a child, in a good neighborhood, where it would be easy to park and was still close to trains. Luckily we were able to find all of that here!

I'm not talking about a Cover Girl.... It's our new place! Working out our lease with the broker and landlord was quick and painless, and the super has been SUPER helpful since we moved in. The apartment has an wonderful breeze from the living room windows, and we can even get a cross breeze going from the kitchen with the help of a fan, so there's no need for A/C - even though we're on the sixth floor! The apartment was recently renovated with a brand new kitchen floor and appliances and a... fresh coat of paint all over.
