Check-in time is between 2 pm and 7 pm, and you will receive the key from the reception. For check-ins between 7 pm and 11 pm, we can still accommodate you for a fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and the building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations of this rule. A fee will be charged for missing or replacement keys, as well as incidents of lockout, according to the following schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $75 lockout fee, Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: $150 lockout fee, Friday (4:00 PM) - Monday (8:00 AM): $200 lockout fee. For check-ins after 7 PM, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee ($60-$150). One key fob is provided per booking. If an additional key fob is needed, it can be arranged with a refundable deposit of $250. No gatherings, events, or groups may use the amenities.
