I currently live in a three bedroom on the second floor of a four floor walk up. The apartment itself is a great size but its not worth it if the landlord wont fix anything. I am currently showering with cold water, pantry door has not been fixed not is the door handle. all things he agreed to fix since we agreed to move in. If you don't mind having a hole in your bathroom then come on down.
