Bed bugs beware
This building has had several units infested with bedbugs as recent as August of this year. Yet the landlord has falsely documented on new leases that there hasn’t been any.

Great location, charming
The building is absolutely charming and in a great location. The apartments have wonderful prewar charm. Generally love the building and the tenants; the only real negative is the super. He is difficult to reach, he can be very rude, and ignores people who are looking for help. Most of the tenants seem to agree that the super is terrible. The owner of the building is great though. The landlord controls the heat, and I often find my apartment gets way too warm in the winter, but that's a small... complaint. Overall great building. I looked at so many apartments in Bay Ridge before I found this one, and I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place.
