There are so many things wrong with this building and the management company does not care to address the issues. They just want your rent money. There is always garbage piled up in front of the building. They have received multiple citations. There are mice and roaches. The hallways and entrance are often dirty with spills that no one cleans for days. There is issues with the heat and hot water. Either there is none or it is too hot (for both). The building got C energy rating multiple times.... The tenants smoke marijuana in the corridors and on the front steps. They lied and said the cameras work but they don't.
