Very close to tons of hot-spots; Subway less than a block, movie theater and comic shop right around the corner, and three grocery stores in close walking distance. Laundry in-building and free is a huge plus. Apartment itself is great and very secure but small for the price point. Have also had electrical issues in the past and some small bug issues.
