my park Ave in Brooklyn

3.bedroom 2 bathroom big apartment light & gas included in the rent what a dream & rent stabilized wonderful. I been living here for 40 years & honestly,I can't see myself in any other neighborhood but this one . Like Mr Robinson sang could you be would you be my neighbor. ....

Grateful But Not Happy

Not well kept building. Laundry room is terrible. Vermin and must hire own exterminator to mouse proof. If rent is late, places red notice on door for all neighbors to see. Water is lukewarm. Seldom enough heat in winter. Management surly and uncooperative. Supposedly a co-op but rumor is that when one moves, problem getting paid for shares.
