Fabulous condo living

Be @ Schermerhorn is an absolutely wonderful building. We have a 600 square foot one bedroom which is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The laundry room and gym in this building are fantastic, and the outdoor rooftop space simply cannot be beat!!! The staff (doormen, maintenance, etc) are friendly and excellent at what they do. Across the street is a great supermarket (Brooklyn Fare) with excellent fresh produce, and Trader Joe's is only a couple blocks away as well. The subways (A, C, 2... ,3) are very close by. Seriously amazing. I love it here.
