STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSING !!!!
 bad management and maintenence (workers are nice , always smiling and they saying Hi to you).Charm of the construction with no sound insulation between the apartments , you can hear what neighbors do . When my neighbor below closing his entrance door my entire floor was shaking , and in apartment next to me small dog running around I feel and hear like he runs in my room (pets allowed in the building !) .
Maintenance clean floors in the main corridors ones per... month , dogs hair all over the place (10 apartments on the floor and lots of dogs). And it's normal have a ride in elevator with smelly  garbage bags of trash (maintenance workers left them  inside while cleaning compactors rooms).
Kitchens and bathrooms do not have a windows they have a central SHARED  ventilation (12"x12") shafts ,and  (8"x8") opening in each apartment with rooftop ( LOUD )fans . You can hear them on top floor  with operating time from 6:15 am to 10:15 pm , and if you lucky enough to live on top floor  so you able use them as morning alarm clock , and feeling living with private helicopter on the roof always ready to launch , and while they are not working they work as restriction of shaft , so you are able to enjoy ALL!!! smells from floors below !
 And another luxurious option !!!  You will love it !
I'm not smoking . So when you wake up in the morning and luxuriate leying in the bed you suddenly have nice fresh smell of morning cigarette from your neighbor bellow . Because he is agile person , he install light fixture on the ceiling(building don't have them) so... with no insulation between floors and old construction(wooden planks on subfloor not plywood ! ) that hole on the ceiling work as chimney (god for him bad for me)!!! And all his smells goes In to my apartment ! 
     Enjoy luxurious life !

  Plus this luxury building has "top notch" aluminum windows with 1/8 of an inch ventilation gaps . With this option you are able to spend your extra money for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter !
    And in the cold months this luxury building management gives you an luxurious opportunity to preserve your self !!!  They hold on minimum requirements of heating the building.  So  you will have  temperature inside the apartment at night 55 degrees Fahrenheit and between 6:00 am and 10 pm  68 degrees Fahrenheit .

This is a great location in Brooklyn. It is a very clean building with laundry. It is one block from subway and express bus to city. It is 5 Min from Coney Island. Shopping is just down the block. Fairly modern building, good super and staff.
