I stayed here for a few months and what stood out most was how straightforward everything felt. Move in was simple, the room was ready, and I didn’t have to chase anyone for basics. The shared areas were used but not chaotic, and I never felt like I was living in a crowded dorm. Some normal roommate noise here and there, but that’s expected. For Brooklyn, it felt like a balanced option: not luxury, not bare-bones, just practical and comfortable for everyday life.

I had a great experience.
The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation, coffee shops, and everything you need in the neighborhood. The house itself is clean and well maintained, and the common areas are comfortable and welcoming. My room was cozy, and the overall atmosphere in the house made it easy to feel at home. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the friendly vibe among the residents. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable stay in... Brooklyn.

The best coliving spaces in NYC
I’ve stayed at a few coliving spaces in NYC, and this house is by far the best. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and everything is well-maintained. The management change was clearly a huge success!

Quiet environment for studying and a supportive community. I especially appreciated how seamless the move-in process was.
