Common Lincoln is very close to Crown Heights and Boerum Hill. Crown Heights is less than 20 minutes via bus. A quick ride on the B49 or B48 will take you straight to Common Pacific or Common Herkimer, while the B43 gets you to Common Albany and Common Kingston. There are several subway options nearby as well. Via the 2,5,B,Q, you'll arrive at Common Baltic or Manhattan in less than 30 minutes.
Situated near Prospect Park, Brooklyn's largest public park, Prospect-Lefferts Gardens is a quiet cozy area close to Brooklyn's staples. Common Lincoln is a quick 10-minute walk from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum.
Some of our favorite spots in the neighborhood are Pels Pies, PLG Gratitude, and Owl Music Parlor. We're also excited for the second location of Glady's, the popular Caribbean restaurant, opening later this year.

The properties are well maintained and the host are very responsive and accommodating.
The building is really pretty, I love the decor and backyard. Affordable and aesthetic accommodations! It's my second time using outpost in NYC and I still recommend them as a great option The houses are well located and equipped close to everything that you need.

Excellent!
I found this house to be a wonderful place to live and create. The fireplace facades gave the space so much character, and the community vibe made me feel right at home. Everything from the basic supplies to keyless access is seamless. I loved the easy access to Owl Music Parlor and Bar Bayeux for inspiration and fun nights out. Plus, Prospect Park was a constant source of creative energy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, artistic environment!
I was surprised to see negative... review about this place, but from what I understand, it was managed by a different company before. My experience with Outpost Club has been nothing but positive!

The location is absolutely amazing!
Prospect Lefferts Garden is such a gem of a neighborhood. Lincoln House puts you in the middle of it all—parks, great food, and a laid-back atmosphere.

A peaceful retreat in the city
Living at Lincoln House was a treat, especially being just a short walk from Prospect Park. It’s the perfect spot for morning runs or lazy weekend picnics.

STEER CLEAR!!!
The suite is nice enough. BUT, the property management company does not care about the conditions or complaints from the tenants. The included "cleaning" service is fair at best. There has been a rat problem for months and Commons has sent someone over but not fixed the problem. Even after repeated complaints that the rat problem has not been fixed, management continues to ignore the problem. The refrigerator has not had a door for a month (it broke) and the management company is in no hurry to... fix it. There has been no compensation for lost food or having to eat out everyday. And to make matters worse, when roommates have called about the problems, the management company has laughed at them. So, if that's what you want to pay for go ahead and sign a lease. And, by the way, they require a credit card to charge your monthly rent to, so there's little to no recourse when repairs aren't made.
