How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't do it to yourself

The super is lazy and won't help with emergency.

We had several incidents that was like pulling teeth for the super to help.

It's infested with roaches and they ignore people on the exterminator list.

The only competent one is the maintenance worker and even if he's qualified they refuse to make him super.

Since he's from the neighborhood.
The office workers are incredibly rude as well
