Independence Towers

130 Clymer street building is getting worse and worse. There is a no smoking rule but people do it anyway. There are people who smoke drugs 24/7 on the stairs. My family and are are constantly sick from the smell and can hardly sleep. No one does anything to stop these people from smoking. This used to be a great building to live in, but now it's down the drain. The smoking, the loud music and trash everywhere.
