Reonvations Yes!
Linden Plaza is a beautiful development that is currently going through ownership transition and renovations. The sizes of the apartments are huge, the location is everything. It's so close to public transportation, shopping, airport and more. The renovations are way overdue. I'm looking forward to upgrade.

One of the Best!
My family has lived in so many condos and apartments in the surrounding Los Angeles area. We are so fortunate to have such a good Landlord and Management team with Faby and Santigo. I've never lived in a place where they address maintenance and NOISE complaints in a timely manner. The prior managers always had the office door closed and allowed the unruly tenants to disturb everyone, I'm glad they were finally replaced. The new management did manager renovations, new hallway carpeting,
new roof... , elevator ~ Just wish they would have a second parking space on the property, and the waiting list for the 2 bedrooms is unfortunately long. We don't want to move out and deal with unresponsive managers or outrageous $200-$300 rent increases like my brother just received in Lakewood. The property is huge and the Landlord may want to consider converting individual 1 bedrooms into 2 bedrooms to accommodate growing families.

ENY Apartment
The ENY area of Brooklyn is supposedly up and coming. For a while it's had the rep of being one of the not-so-best neighborhoods, but real estate agents believe that the area will soon undergo the gentrification changes that many others have. That said, my apartment is close the train and major roads. But the place itself is only so-so. Hopefully will undergo some renovations in the next few years.

SERVICE
the service are a little slow and most times it takes a lot of time for the elevator to come. and the laundry room is not all good it takes forever to find a machine to wash the clothes because they're occupied or not in good working condition.
