Nice management. Only isssues are dark hallway floors and carpet.
Management listens to the tenants. They are responsive, give great heat in winter, and allow efficient maintenance request / payments online.
My only dislike is the dark common hallways.
Please paint hallways fresh light gray paint. Install dark blue- grey carpeting or tiles ...please and thank you.
