Sutter Gardens

Just nasty ugly place hallways look trashy and old never any updates apartment maintenance takes for ever you have to call for ever. I've waited 3 years for them to fix a leak from upstairs about to be 4 years and still haven't changed holes in in living room borders and closets had the city come after calling 311 and they still haven't changed my fire spinkler witch is cover with paint since before me and my dad moved in we have no emergency fire excape bars on windows ... people look strait... into my window because their are benches right in front of my first floor windows always parting right out back with loads of people we have tones of people always smoking in front of my door and hanging in the allway. Workers from company also have no respect when coming into your home to do any of the repairs. My dad also works for the compay and they expect him to fix and repair with no pay . This place is also very small and crowded, has a nasty roach infestation and there's so much mice they eat through everthing having no choice but to get a cat .....floods that happend often since they don't clean and maintain down stairs in the basement . A super who drinks every day and is very nasty out the mouth. Back yard parking lots have glass all over the floors. garbage outside of dumpsters I sometimes stand outside and ask porters to clean around
dumpsters. The playground for the kids also have glass that they also don't bother to clean we've had shoot out and many gang related thing go on in this apartment complex nobody cares owners don't try anything no meeting to keep hallways clear and clean no word to cleaners to try and actually work instead of sitting in office.
