I live here and they suck, they have the weirdest and stupidest rules you can imagine. I rent a parking spot for $450 and me and my wife both drive. I asked the building manager to receive a second key so me and my wife would take turns parking in the spot and they refused. The reason was we do not trust our tenants if we give you a second key you will steal a second parking spot from us!! that is ridiculous being that I am renting a parking spot and not a key! They make you feel like crap, I... cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out of here. In the beginning they are all welcome until you are stuck with the lease. I would not recommend any Avaolon buildings after my experience since August
