I’m currently living at Hancock house, and it’s been a comfortable experience. The neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment itself is clean and modern, with everything you need to settle in right away. My only critique is the lack of organized activities or social events. As someone who’s experienced co-living abroad, I was expecting more effort to build community. I’ve raised this with management and was told they’re working on it, so hopefully, that changes soon. For now, it’s a solid place to... live with room for improvement.

This house gave me what I needed most when I moved to NYC: a soft landing. I didn’t have to buy furniture or hunt for roommates. I just showed up with my suitcase and got to start my life here.

Outpost gave me the fresh start I needed. The community atmosphere really helped me settle in, and my roommates were thoughtful and easy to live with. Add in reliable WiFi and regular cleaning, and it’s easy to say - I’d definitely rent with Outpost again.
