unhealthy

Hi, my apartment is located at 732 east 21 street, in a walk up four story building, my apartment is a one small bedroom, kitchen bathroom and a small living area that I tried turning it in a sec room for my child and cousins.constant roaches, mice and mole areas I would love to win any thing just so I can move my families to a better living condition thank you!
