And while the closet is quite large on its own, the incredibly supportive queen Purple mattress lifts up for off-season storage space, and the ottoman opens to access plush throws to snuggle up with.

Relax outside during warmer days on a private patio with two love seats, a table and chairs, or catch rays sunbathing in the spacious back yard. You can even close the driveway gate to enjoy a large, fully fenced in area to let your dog run and play freely!

The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with all essentials and all utilities and wifi, plus snow removal and landscaping are included. The basement of the main house offers storage space and free laundry facilities and an offstreet parking spot ensures you never have to worry about alternative side parking. Plus, the neighbors in the main house are all wonderful people and we're a few doors down to take care of anything else needed.
