Recommendation from a Long-Term Tenant

I’ve lived here for almost five years, and my boyfriend and I were among the very first tenants. We were initially drawn because of the location. At the time, the property was undergoing renovations, with exciting plans and new amenities in the works — all of which have been delivered. From the start, it’s been great. A special shoutout to Kiara and Nannie — their kindness, professionalism, and daily dedication really seal the deal on this being a wonderful place to live. The many improvements… wouldn’t have been possible without them. They go above and beyond every single day to make this place a home for many.

Poor business to deal with

It has been 6 weeks and still NO refund of deposit and other charge (still unknown why they charged our credit card for this second charge). Have called numerous times and no return call or follow up from management. Amanda has tried to be helpful but this entire process with Avia has been a nightmare!!! We want our money back...should not be this difficult!!!

worst!

I received an email on Friday that told me they need delayed occupancy and have no clear move-in date because the staff is not familiar with the policy and made some mistakes. If I cancel my lease, they are still going to charge me the application fee and send me the payment by check, which I don't know when I will get it! Now I have to find a place in a very tight time. The worst place!
