Seems promising

I stopped by with a friend to check out these apartments. We were told they're under new management and everyone was very nice and pleasant. Everything looked clean. My partner and I like how close it is to my job. We're going back Thursday to check out one of the floorplans we wanted to see again. I wanted to leave a review though because we really appreciated the leasing agent that showed us around. We took up a lot of their time and they were very patient and didn't mind answering all of our… questions.

Stay Away

These people falsely advertise a price for the apartment but do not tell you ahead of time that it is a per person charge. It is not divided between the occupants of the apartment. When you sign they make you take a 12 month lease even though your classes end in May. You cannot ask for a 10 month lease. They tell you to pay for guaranteed parking but everyone parks in the lot whether they have a sticker or not. The place is a mess on weekends with large noisy parties drugs and alcohol. The… elevators stink of weed. Just stay away!! They make you give one star to post I would not give any.
