About Lofts Buffalo
Lofts Buffalo is comprised of four buildings at St. Louis Place & Virginia Street in Buffalo. It is an historic fully secure building with 38 unfurnished residential units on four floors—one being garden level. All are 1BR or 2BR with two lofted... units. You can live blocks from the heart of downtown Buffalo, the Theatre District and Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus including UB’s excellent Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences.
The buildings are all historic dating back to the mid to late 1800s. Virginia has central AC; the others do not. There is no elevator. So you will get your steps in!
519 Virginia Street has eight 2BR apartments with 1BA or 2BA.
20 St. Louis Place has fifteen 1BR/1BA apartments.
18 St. Louis Place has seven 1BR/1BA apartments.
14 St. Louis Place has eight 1BR/1BA apartments.
