I've lived in this property for 3 years. It used to be well-managed, but recently switched over to Savarino for management, and it has been a nightmare ever since.
Tenants regularly smoke marijuana, blast loud bass music, and suffocate the building (and my unit in particular) with sickening scented candles. Despite numerous complaints, management has done little to nothing to mediate and help solve the problem.
My right to the enjoyment of my unit has been infringed upon by horrible tenants,... and all management has done is gaslight me and paint me as a transgressor.
Aside from the property itself, the neighborhood is in a steep decline, and the property across the street on Virginia street is a literal traphouse.
