Pine Point Luxury Apartments

What I really like about the apartment is that it is very quiet(inside and outside)and surprisingly serene with completely private entrances for each apartment. My favorite feature is the massive garage, which I use not only for my car, but also a workout room and storage as I am in between selling and buying homes. About half of the 7 buildings back up to a quiet wooded area. In my building, my 2 bed 2 bath overlooks a small pond, further making it feel like I don’t have neighbors. There’s also… loads of storage within the apartment. While the kitchen and baths could be more updated, everything has been well maintained and works without issue- this is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Interaction with neighbors is few and far between, but always very friendly. Terrible appliances, long wait time maintenance request, neighbors constantly complains, very thin walls(hear everything), poorly kept buildings, no privacy

We lived at Pine Point for the last four (4) years and found it very hard having to move (job transfer out of state). We felt like the old days with great neighbors with everyone so friendly! The apartment was always well maintained inside and out. Maintenance is great! Location perfect, easy to get downtown in minutes.

I have tried to write a review here a couple of times every time it gets blocked.
THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE!
