Nice cafe downstairs
I like getting coffee conveniently located in the lobby (Public Espresso). I also like that it's near the Greyhound station as well. Careful though of what they consider a bedtroom, as some of the bedrooms are very tiny. But giving this complex a lower star because of the apartment staff. Maintenance seems to oddly dissect things like apartment dust and walls when doing general maintenance calls. I noticed a common theme among residents that maintenance texts and sometimes takes photos inside... your apartment and sends it to the manager who then, without talking or substantiating anything in person, writes a letter of potential dismissal from the property. I'v seen a lot of proof of this. The place in my opinion needs a new management and maintenance staff. People got nervous too when maintenance eerily starting asking questions about resident occupations and pitching their personal cleaning service while doing basic calls. Sounds like they were trying to make money off residents, which makes sense on why they were making odd comments about petty things. I'm guessing they are paid poorly.
