I had a chipmunk in my apartment and office was closed at 11 am and nobody would answer the emergency number or office number and me and my girlfriend had to chase it to get it out of the apartment no thanks to maintenance. If you want chipmunks living with you this place is just for you

Maintenance lives on site. Whenever I've had an issue, they get to it within a day or two. They have also made many upgrades on units.
New management is great, they make sure things get done.
Screening process for renters has become more strict and for the last 5 years, it's been quiet.
Our townhome is spacious, affordable and they allow both of our dogs.

They dont allow dog more then 10lbs?? Cats weigh more than 10lbs and 99.999999% of dog breeds they are not dog friendly!! Dont let them fool you!

Good afternoon. Our current pet policy allows for pets up to 25 lbs in apartments and up to 35 lbs in our townhomes.

Don't move here. Don't do it. I can't understand how the maintenance supervisor has been here this long. I'm beyond disappointed.

I have lived in Camelot for going on 7 yrs now. While in the past there have been some management issues..the current team has been amazing. Everything gets fixed within a day and the office personal are more efficient.
We live in a 3br/2.5bath. Its almost 2,000 sq ft!! We have so much room that I don't think we have yet filled all the closet space. There is never any wait time for a bathroom and to divide and conquer with the kids is so easy. The basement is huge and stays dry. We turned it... into an indoor skate ring when the kids were smaller..then it was a gaming room with a couch and tv with system. Its so big you can have a little kids play area and a teen area. We put down some indoor/outdoor carpet and made it the spot to go when the kids want to be loud.
We have grown to love it here and see it as our home for years to come. With the great price and all the space..its cheaper than buying a house..and we have a great team of peeps on call to fix everything for us..plow..and cut the grass..Its very close to perfect.
