A Great Place to Call Home

We are so glad to call Candlewood our new home! Our neighbors are welcoming, the property manager and maintenance team is friendly and responsive, and we enjoy the quiet green spaces and close proximity to parks and many conveniences. Best of all, we are thankful for a community that recognizes our pets are family, too. Highly recommend!

Great property and awesome customer oriented manager!

I have been living at this property for several months and I love everything about it. The units are very clean and spacious and the other tenants are very friendly. The property is well maintained and it feels like home. The Manager is so nice and polite and that is so important to me. I highly recommend the Candlewood Apartment Homes. Thank you so much. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

The apartment I rented was full of mold and they did not do mold cleanup before the next resident moved in. The rent advertised is NOT what you will pay.. they will tack on water, trash, cable/internet and an MCR (?) fee! They will charge you for an 835 sq ft apartment, when you really have an 825 sq ft apartment (if you have a coat closet... you have the smaller apartment). The property manager's signature on any receipt does not mean anything... so don't try to hold them to ANYTHING she… says or does. And they send out message to their residents to turn their heat up to 72 in the winter (electric heat) so the pipes won't freeze. HMMM.. now they are driving up the electric bills too? BEWARE!! This is a nightmare. DO NOT RENT FROM DLH PROPERTIES.
