Great location!

It has been two weeks since we moved in at our unit in The Villas On Eastview and we are enjoying it very much! When we scheduled our first tour, it was Meg who met with us and gave us the tour of all four model units. She was very thorough and going over all the details and promotions.The process of submitting our application was fairly quick and easy. Marianne helped us through the application process to get approved. She has been an integral part of our transition and has been very helpful… every step of the way. That said, the unit that we are living in now is an upgrade to where we were living. If anyone is looking for two bedroom units, I highly recommend The Villas On Eastview, especially considering all the available units shown on their page are brand new!

The villas on Eastview is the place to be!

If you are looking for a great place to live then The villas on Eastview is the place to be. The apartment are beautiful. Update stainless steel appliances. Beautiful floors, walk in closets and big bathroom. Great neighbors and quite neighborhood. Come and schedule a tour and see for yourself. Oh and I have lived here since September 2025.

The Villas on Eastview is an amazing place to live!

The Villas on Eastview is an amazing place to live! My family and I love it! The entire staff is exceptional, especially Marianne! Always there to help and assist (even with my endless amount of questions). The units are big, spacious, clean, and modern! We definitely enjoy coming home; and the community is great as well. Friendly neighbors, clean and very well maintained. I can't wait for the clubhouse to be completed! Definitely recommend! Also, the location is perfect with access to major… highways, train stations, and shopping centers nearby.

lack of communication

Extremely poor communication during application process. Property manager does not follow back up with you regarding status of application. They accept your application fees and you no longer hear from them. They never have a direct point of contact. I understand they are new but they need to make improvements. There’s no reason why they take several weeks just to respond or even give you an answer regarding your application status and you don’t even hear back from them most of the time $50 in… the garbage decided to rent elsewhere..
