Rental Increases

Monthly rental rates were increased $185.00 (13.3%) in 2023 and $290.00 (18.4%) in 2024 for a total of $475.00 (34%) in two years. Social Security increased 8.7% in 2023 and 3.2% in 2024. Future excessive rent increases is a major concern.

Mom loves it here!

After my father passed away my mom struggled keeping up with the house. She wasn’t ready for assisted living . My brother and I looked into apartments in the area ( we both live in the Liverpool area), and wanted something close to us but also wanted a senior community for her . Morgan Square was the answer! They offer lots of activities , exercise groups, even a bus to go shopping, with little trips here and there. They were definitely built with seniors in mind ! My mom loves it here! The… staff is awesome! It gives my brother and I piece of mind!

Happy Here!

After downsizing from my house, I found the space more than adequate. There is a large pantry and bedroom closet. The windows are large and allow a lot of light in. I love my little deck!
The neighbors are friendly. I have made many new friends. There are many activities each month and trips out if you desire.

Great place to live!

I loved living at Morgan Square. Plenty of activities, lots of socializing, friendly staff, bus rides to lunch, and other things. Not sure why anyone would have anything negative to say!

Nothing positive about this place

Wonder why there are no positive reviews......because there is nothing positive to say. Many have written negative reviews but they somehow are removed. Do yourself and your family a favor and don't move there.
