I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my time living here and it has been an absolute pleasure. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and professional. Any maintenance concerns were all addressed in an very timely manner by a wonderful team (typically within 24 hours). Of all the rental experiences I have had this one has been my favorite by far!!! Highly recommend!

Unmatched living experience
I have lived at Lewiston for five years now, and will leave only because I got a job outside NY. I cannot recommend renting with this company enough: they made my stay at Clinton very memorable. The management is excellent, professional, respectful; location is excellent and strategic; property is well maintained and extremely well served. I lived in a two bedroom apartment that was very clean, safe, secure, and **BEAUTIFUL**. You enter their units and you know outright that the deal is worth... every single cent. Michael, Mark, Matt, Aneesa, among others were a delight to work with. their communication has been excellent consistently efficient. I need to admit that searching for housing elsewhere was hard: because of the inevitable comparisons I had to make between Lewiston and other companies. Lewiston is a landmark in Upstate; and I will always be grateful to the opportunity to rent with them. I truly wish them all the best. They deserve this huge success and even more.

Lovely place to live
I rented a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment from Lewiston Gardens. The apartment was absolutely pristine, with an attractive and logical layout. Mike and Aneesa were wonderful to work with and very responsive, and the maintenance staff was so helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to live there. I would have stayed forever if my health needs hadn't intervened. I'd give it 10 stars if that were an option!

Great landlord and great unit
My experience living at Lewiston was very positive. The community is quiet, well maintained, and the management team was always responsive and helpful whenever needed.
The apartments are comfortable and the location is convenient, making day-to-day life easy. Overall, it was a great place to live and I would definitely recommend Lewiston to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed community.

Great location with very good management team
The apartments at Meadow Street are in a great location, just a short walking distance to the Clinton town square, which offers plenty of food places and activities. The area itself is very nice.
The apartments are well-maintained and supported by a quick-response maintenance team. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful; in fact, they handle most complaints within the same day if it's a weekday. In my experience, the team truly goes above and beyond for the tenants.
