I have lived at Lewiston for five years now, and will leave only because I got a job outside NY. I cannot recommend renting with this company enough: they made my stay at Clinton very memorable. The management is excellent, professional, respectful; location is excellent and strategic; property is well maintained and extremely well served. I lived in a two bedroom apartment that was very clean, safe, secure, and **BEAUTIFUL**.
You enter their units and you know outright that the deal is worth… every single cent. Michael, Mark, Matt, Aneesa, among others were a delight to work with. their communication has been excellent consistently efficient.
I need to admit that searching for housing elsewhere was hard: because of the inevitable comparisons I had to make between Lewiston and other companies. I rented a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment from Lewiston Gardens. The apartment was absolutely pristine, with an attractive and logical layout. Mike and Aneesa were wonderful to work with and very responsive, and the maintenance staff was so helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to live there. I would have stayed forever if my health needs hadn't intervened. I'd give it 10 stars if that were an option!

The apartments at Meadow Street are in a great location, just a short walking distance to the Clinton town square, which offers plenty of food places and activities. The area itself is very nice.

The apartments are well-maintained and supported by a quick-response maintenance team. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful; in fact, they handle most complaints within the same day if it's a weekday. In my experience, the team truly goes above and beyond for the tenants.
