It’s impossible to get security deposit back !

I’ve been calling every 2 weeks in 5 months to get a refund for security deposit , they keep telling that it’s in a process!I still awaiting for my money back!

Great Location, Really like it here

Since I don't have a car this is a perfect location to live I can get around easily and all the stores are nearby. My job is also close by. Maintenance staff/Rental Agent is great always helpful when I need something they are right on it. I would definitely recommend this property to people. Tim

I Love it Here!!!!!

I have been living here about 3 years. The employees have been very helpful in anything that I need. The grounds are always kept very beautiful and clean. Maintenance has been excellent. When I came to rent here the rental agent was great she kept me on a list for an apartment and notified me when one was available and the process was very easy and she was very helpful when I moved in.

Lived here for 3 years

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have been extremely happy, it is very well run, I have no complaints. When I first moved in here I was having a hard time and I was very depressed after selling my home and Fulya the leasing agent who sold me my apartment made the process very easy and moving here was a great decision. The staff Hector, Luis, Shelden and Thomas are amazing. My Ac unit broke and I got a new one as soon as they could get it and I also had water coming in from my bedroom… window and they came immediately to fix the brick and painted my wall in the bedroom and it looks like nothing happened. My neighbors are very friendly and I love living here at Commack. Elan

Do NOT MOVE HEREA

Do not move here!!! They lie about everything. The gym they tell you is going to be redone. I've been here 5 years every piece of equipment is broken. There is not guard EVER!!! No parking you get ticket after ticket from the town. The is mold in apartments huge water bugs. The maintence crew is so nasty and bully you if you ask to have anything fixed. All the laundry machines are broken and rob you of your money. The rent goes up and they upkeep NOTHING!! Run from this place.
