Dawn was excellent and so proficient in getting me to a building I was interested. She went above and beyond to help me with a smooth transition coming from a house to the Townehouse. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was so caring and helpful will my requests. All staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The snow removal was exceptional. They had it down to a science. Shoveling, ice melt, then cleared my driveway. Fast and efficient. They cleared my driveway… and walkway that was down to the blacktop. We had been living at a Fairfield property (the Wel) for over a year when we needed to transfer to another apartment closer to my daughter’s college. We LOVED our apartment at the Wel and the staff there including Julie and John were so great to work with.

The move to the Townhouses at Coram came suddenly and we needed to move in order to keep… my daughter with me.
