Don’t move here
I would not recommend living at this apartment building. They never fixed most of the repairs I reported, and the ones they did address were done at the last minute, only because of Section 8 inspections. The apartment had a serious problem with roaches and mice, but management kept denying it and refused to take proper action. They clearly don’t care about their tenants—just the money they’re receiving.
On top of that, their communication is terrible. Every time I called the office, the line... was always busy, and they never answered or returned my calls. To make matters worse, one of their workers broke my chain while inside my apartment, which is completely unacceptable.
This is a horrible place to live, and I strongly advise others not to move here.

Queenswood is generally good for living. However, when it comes to maintenance issues the response time is bad. It takes many calls and patience to get a job done.
