Best experience

I’ve lived in the DEER PARK Fairfield for three years. It’s been a wonderful experience. Everyone there is very sociable friendly helpful never met a rude person. Never had any issues if I had a problem in the apartment and If I needed service, they came right away. just a wonderful place to live. It’s kept beautifully clean. Pets are welcome. Pool is a nice place to socialize. Constant activities. I highly recommend them.

Not just an apartment…a lifestyle change!

I feel so very lucky to have found Fairfield Knolls in Deer Park. Selling my home after residing there for 31 years was quite stressful. Antoinette was professional, kind, warm and always welcoming with all my concerns and endless questions. Her responses were always quick and reassuring. She clearly loves her job and always has a smile on her face in addition to a welcoming hug!! Thank you for being a part of my next chapter!

Amazing maintenance crew!

This is honestly the best Fairfield I've ever lived at. Sev the manager really makes this place stand out. He's incredibly polite, always available, and genuinely cares about the residents. Overall just an amazing person.
The rest of the maintenance crew is just as great. Joe, one of the maintenance workers is a standoud as well and will definitely go far. Sev and Joe responded to my maintenance request within 10 minutes, which is almost unheard of. Unbelievable crew which makes living here… amazing. The events are organized by the staff and residents which makes the place feel like a real community. Places and people like this don't exist anymore.

Leasing office and Maintenance

So I am trying to figure out where to begin? I would honestly love to thank Antoinette in the leasing office for showing me the apartment of my dreams. This apartment has everything and fabulous neighbors as well. Antoinette took the time to show me both an upper and lower in a two bedroom And was very patient with me with guiding me on how to proceed with all the paperwork. As well as Antoinette in leasing the maintenance crew here are just absolutely amazing.
Seweryn, he is the resident… manager , and such a wonderful human being. The second key fob to my apartment stopped working maybe an hour after I got here and he took the time to explain to me that It wasn’t a problem.
Doug and Joe are also maintenance here in Deer Park and they are just absolutely amazing. Always trying to help. And I greatly appreciate the staff that are here at the Fairfield Knolls in Deer Park. If you are looking for an apartment in an over 55 community this is the place to be.
Very grateful that I found this place.
