Comfortable seating is available for movie nights or board games. The dining room includes a large table, perfect for meals, remote work, or game time. A mudroom includes a washer and dryer.

Tucked near the end of a quiet, private road, this cozy cabin offers a balance of seclusion and convenience. Surrounded by trees and mountain views, it feels remote, yet shops, restaurants, and local attractions are only a short drive away. This cabin is located in the popular vacation destination of Roxbury, NY, just 9 miles from Plattekill and 11 miles from Belleayre. Nearby towns include Margaretville, Arkville, Andes, Bovina Center, Pine Hill and Woodstock.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, keep outdoor noise to a minimum. No ATVs, snowmobiles, fireworks, or firearms are permitted. There is no cell service at the house. AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles and winter or all-season tires with good tread are strongly recommended during the winter months (October–April).
