Graduate Students
I and my roommate lived at The Gregory Arms Apartments for two years while we attended graduate school in the area. Neither of us were from New York State and took a recommendation about living here. We are both so glad and feel lucky about following through with that. The management and maintenance staff were easy to contact and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The area is very safe and has some convenient locations to walk to (Trader Joe's is right behind the apartments). The complex… is mostly families and you can see kids playing out in the grass in the afternoons. Around 5 pm though the complex goes very quiet. We never had problems with noise from our neighbors or interrupted sleep ever. Parking was very simple and there never a problem. All in all, I'd choose the place again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to anyone coming to the area.
