Poor management
I contacted Sylvia to inquire about an apartment and they showed it to me and then asked for a $100 deposit. After I left, Sylvia informed me the app wasn't finished (which she should have checked the first time). I contacted them three straight days to reschedule due to conflicts and THEY SHOULDN'T HOLD IT FOR ME. Today Sylvia demanded I call her, claimed she never got the text, and said she was holding the deposit because they lost a tenant because of me. Naw, you lost a tenant because your... complex is managed horribly, is not priced well, and you cannot track your communication.
Take a photo of that ridiculous deposit form they have you sign so you can get your deposit back when they lie about their sloppy work.

2.5 years as renters/tenents
The management started off fairly good and has now improved substantially. They are very responsive to their tenents. The apartment was renovated with new carpets when we moved in and continued to be upgraded with a new dishwasher and stove.
The location is very convenient with a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's.
We moved out of the area but would have gladly stayed if we continued in the Syracuse area.
