Nicest complex in the area

It is well maintained inside & out and the only complex in the area that has wall to wall carpet and a lovely open functional community room. The sidewalks in the complex are cleared in the winter and the town plows the sidewalks on Transit road.

Worst property manager

This property has the worst property manager. there is no follow up to phone calls. It takes months to get any repairs done. I will be looking for a new place to live as my rent went up almost $100/month and yet things are in need of repair in my apartment and no date when they will be completed. The manager shows utter disrespect for the residents.

SENIOR 55 E. Amherst, NY apartment

This BRAND NEW complex is for 55 and has a great move-in
special ! Being ADA accessible makes it easier for those in wheelchairs to adapt in a spacious 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. The amenities include heat, water, cable, washer/dryer, as well as a Beauty Salon/Barber Shop for your convenience. Across from the complex are several grocery and department stores, with a mall just a few miles down the road. And don't forget the 9 a.m. "coffee time" every morning to start the day.
