Fairfield Country Club Gardens
This complex is great for family's. There are a lot of kids that all play together. All the renters are very nice. The rent is a little expensive, but the surrounding neighborhood is nice, clean, and Islip is a great school district. It's they type of neighborhood where you can leave your door unlocked. The maintenance staff is great and very nice. The Apt are fully carpeted and rooms are a good size. You have your own private entrance and a little cemented area in front of your door to... put a chair and sit outside. Main str. is right down the road with markets, pharmacies, bakery's, and anything you need. It is right off Sunrise hwy. and the Southern State Parkway. Hecksher Park is down the road and you can enjoy free summer concerts there, and since this is long island, the beach is also right across main str. I just signed my lease for my 4th year here.

Great neighborhood!
These are lovely apartments in a great neighborhood. When you walk in the door, it feels like you are stepping into an actual house. The grounds are maintained well and there is a playground area in the back. Plenty of room for parking and 4 separate laundry areas. I've lived here for 7 years and I've never had any problems. Also, the apartments are pest free. It is a nice, quiet area with shady tree's and stone walkways.
