How Is This Rating Determined?

Scott

Lived here over 1 year . Property not managed well .. Rent not equal to value . Rent raised yearly at least 150 dollars . Lawns have no irrigation system brown n die during summer . Roads and walkways in serious need of repair . Maintenance is poor , always excuses for not repairing . Look elsewhere for cheaper better housing
