Avery Village
Well it was great when I moved in 2 years ago.
Now new owners and they are trying to make it like a prison.
Everybody has their own lawn area.
Which we were allowed chairs and table to sit outside now they don't want you to have nothing in your little area.
Where are the seniors are suppose to sit when it's nice outside.
Just not right

Avery village
Avery used to be a great place for the seniors, We had the senior club there with beautiful partys, We had the arts and craft club, Bingo and we were allowed to play cards, New owners took over and now we have nothing . W e are not allowed in the clubhouse and no outsiders can come in, It was a great place for seniors that can"t drive, socializing was what we had to look forward to. They took that away and much more.

Avery Village
I visited Avery Village recently with my son. I must say that we found the grounds very clean.
The apartment was very nice and clean. The people were friendly. My son and i Loved Avery
Village, and could not understand why it was rated so low.
