Cockroach Palace.
The shady and unscrupulous landlord can barely keep tenants in this cockroach and bedbug infested building. Only 9 out of the 17 apartments are occupied. When a prospective buyer sees all the vacancies, they're not interested. This place has a very bad reputation due to the unruly and disruptive characters that came and went thru here. Cops received complaints from the other residents and neighbors concerning loud parties and fighting. Registered sex offenders lived here. The landlord blacklists... good tenants to keep them from obtaining better housing.
