Fantastic Building

Apex 290 is truly one of the best places I’ve had the pleasure of living. From the beginning, they have always been straightforward and transparent about the fees and charges, which made the entire experience feel trustworthy and stress-free. The staff is always willing to help, and the onsite manager has done an incredible job assisting us throughout our time here.
One of the things I enjoyed most about living at Apex 290 was how quiet and peaceful the building is. I was also fortunate to have… great neighbors, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and would absolutely recommend Apex 290 to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home.

Home!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Apex 290. It’s a small, great community and the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home. The building is well maintained, and the team does a great job staying on top of everything, especially during the winter months. They’re always willing to help and are quick to address and resolve any issues that come up. Overall, Apex 290 has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful… and welcoming community.

Move In Apex 290

Apex 290 has been a great choice for us, especially when it comes to convenience and location. The property manager has been wonderful and very helpful throughout our entire move-in process. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance request, management has always been quick to respond and resolve the issue. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience at Apex 290 and would definitely recommend it.

Best Choice!!!

I’ve lived at Apex 290 for over five years, and I can honestly say I’ve seen how much management continues to improve the community. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I truly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I’m grateful to call Apex 290 home and highly recommend it!

Next Place To Call Home !!!

If you’re looking for a small, quiet place to call home, Apex 290 is the perfect place. The building is always clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Although it’s a smaller property, it is very well kept and cared for. The overall atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. Highly recommend Apex 290!
