Rent up, quality down
Months to fix a pot hole, trash in hall ways, dead animals along walk ways, unresponsive staff, flooding basements and hot water/heat that regularly goes out buillding or property wide - they will tell you "you didnt place a request for maintenance", im emailing you, theres no power, no heat, laundrys not working. Previous owners would understand this simple difference in communication and resolve it, apologize, regularly check in, send regular emails to touch base, youre lucky if the new owners... talk to you outside of raising the rent.
Go elsewhere, its not worth it. We're out as soon as possible because of Cabot Group. FRONTIER was a great management company.
