Fairfield Courtyard At Farmingdale

Our 2nd floor apartment was infested with mice (Which we came to find out the tenant before us had the exact same issue) Several weeks and multiple times for maintenance to come back-and-forth. They sent an exterminator about two weeks after the infestation was starting to get out of hand. Exterminator used all of the traps that we purchased. Mice were found in the broiler of our oven however that was deemed to not be eligible for a new oven! And it was only because one of the kind maintenance… people verbally told us we would be getting a new oven that they were then forced to give it to us. maintenance is awful, really insulting. this place costs way too much to be treated like this. straight up denying service for vast majority of things i requested. condition upon move in was awful. I'd be embarrassed to operate this location

I recently moved in here and am very impressed by the employees I’ve met so far. Celeste, the real estate agent, is a gem. She was very accommodating with my crazy schedule, and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to apartments. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the process.

When I was moving in, I met George and Edwin, two of the maintenance staff. My friends and I were attempting to scoot a couch up the stairs (mildly successfully) and they both came to… our rescue and helped us without hesitation!

Not only is this my first move, but i'm doing it during a crazy time and the Farmingdale Fairfield team has been nothing but comforting and accommodating. I've been speaking with Christian almost daily since I singed my lease and he's kept my stress at ease and helped make this whole process seamless. The Farmingdale Fairfield team has been super helpful.
