Spa??? There’s 3 floors and a basement which we call the floor of misfit appliances. Yes it’s dog friendly, the dog park is next to a dumpster blocked off by old oil tanks and cinder blocks. The don’t use pet friendly salt either in the winter. Half of the staff is rude, they start construction at 8 am with no notice. The grounds are slightly well kept, only when landscaping comes, otherwise there’s garbage everywhere. It takes forever to get things fixed. Also found mold inside my entire air… conditioner (hotel styled ones) that was so much they looked like mushroom. That had to have been there for years and can only see it by taking the entire thing apart. Numerous apartments have had mold issues. One of which wasn’t fixed for months. We are only staying because we’re looking out of state and it’s more expensive to move out of here now, then finish our lease.

Maybe some of the Suffolk county Fairfield’s are better, but definitely not fieldstone.

do not waste your time/money here

There is no recycling for any cans or bottles on site. They only recycle cardboard. They charge you extra for every type of possible fee they are able to create. On top of that the customer service is non existence when it comes to asking questions about extra charges on rent. They also limit the amount of guest parking spots you are allowed to have a month which is ONLY 5. You have to apply for a visitor parking pass every time you have a guest stay over night and aren’t allowed to go over your… monthly limit.

they do not recycle any plastic cans/glass on site. They only recycle card board. There is a limited amount of visitor passes you are allowed for overnight guest per month (5). You have to fill out an application each time you have an overnight guest.

Well maintained!

Building is well maintained, as well as outdoor landscape. Super close to the village of farmingdale (15 minute walk). Conveniently located near 135 as well. Apartments are only 2 years old, so everything is updated and brand new!
