Former Tenant

I disagree with the bad reviews Farmington Manor has received. I have lived here close to a year now, quiet place with great maintenance & management. The problem is people who live here not helping to take pride in this place by keeping it clean and picking up trash after the kids. Property Management does everything in their ability to keep us living in a nice clean functioning place. It takes everyone to do their part.

I have to respectfully disagree.

On the contrary, I have lived in these apartments with the old and new management and I find the new management is a pleasure to deal with just as the prior. I see them on site constantly making improvements and tending to the apartments. I find it difficult to believe they would speak down to anyone. I personally have full intentions of maintaining residence here long term, new management and all! And I believe you won't be disappointed if you choose to as well!

Poor Management, apartments over priced. N

New management is poor. There is no management on site. Problems are not addressed and fixed in timely manner. New management refers to anyone who gets any type of help as "poor people" and that "they are not running a charity chase". This place is not pet friendly anymore. Animals that are there are grandfathered in for now. They is no playground as stated. Only "alarm systems" are the smoke detectors in the apartments. Siding on buildings is coming off and shingles are being blown off roofs… and there are holes in some roofs. Please think twice before wanting to rent here. Again management is very poor quality and rent is too high for what was once a complex that cared about their tenants.
