I love living here. I have spent over half my life in this community and I am so happy here. My apartment is so spacious that I forget I am living in an apartment because it feels like a house to me. The leasing staff is very professional and the maintenance is great. Lots of great amenities and the best view of the 4th of July fireworks right outside my door every year! Highly recommend.

Horrible staff
Went on Sunday to look for a townhouse and had a horrible experience at the North and South with Donna! She was so rude!! She put her hand in my face and spoke at me told me to be quiet and to stop talking! I’ve never been so insulted and it definitely cost her a listing!! I will never ever go back there! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

Feel like I'm on vacation every day !!
I love love love my townhouse ! The maintenance guys are amazing and every day when I pull in the complex I feel like I'm on vacation !! Thank you Fairfield looking forward to many more years here with my children !!!
